Take the Calder Park Drive exit from the Calder Freeway. Turn left onto the Melton Hwy Service Road and then turn right into Montrose Court.

Parking is available onsite and in surrounding streets.

Caroline Springs Station or Watergardens Stations are the closest Sydenham Day Surgery.

BUS
Catch the 462 bus from Caroline Springs Station or Watergardens Stations, this will drop you in Calder Park Drive, from here is it a 4 minute walk to Sydenham Day Surgery.

THE KIDDIES DENTAL CARE HOSPITAL CHECKLIST

Kiddies Dental Care will be in contact with you one week prior to your Child’s treatment date to confirm your admission time for Sydenham Day Surgery, along with discussing your child’s fasting details prior to arrival.

Kiddies Dental Care will email you our Hospital Confirmation Pack which will include detail information and links you need

Please refer to your Child’s treatment plan which will outline the Item Codes of the treatment your child will be receiving. These Item Codes correspond to our Treatment Information Sheets which will give you detailed information about this procedure and how it is performed. Please take some time to read up about these procedures your child will be receiving and if you have any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to contact us to discus further.

THIS PAYMENT IS DUE 10 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR TREATMENT DATE

The balance of your child’s dental procedure must be paid 10 days prior to treatment and then claimed back from Health Fund by yourself
No claiming is available prior or on the day of treatment with health funds and invoice will be sent within 7 days after treatment.

Due 10 days prior to scheduled treatment date – A payment SMS will be issued as a reminder.

THIS PAYMENT IS DUE  7  DAYS PRIOR TO TREATMENT DATE

The Anaesthetist will contact you prior to the date of treatment to discuss any anaesthetic concerns that you may have and provide you with their fees and charges.

Anaesthetist charges are above the Medicare scheduled fee however Medicare will partially cover the cost for your anaesthetist after your child’s treatment.

If insured, a small amount may also be claimed from your hospital cover after your child’s treatment, please contact you health fund to discuss this!

THIS PAYMENT IS DUE ON THE TREATMENT DATE

Your child will be admitted to this private day procedure centre. If applicable full payment of the hospital fees by cash, eftpos or credit card to reception is required at the time of admission. Failure to do so will lead to cancellation of the day procedure.

If you have private health insurance, usually your out of pocket costs to pay on the day is your hospital excess.
 Please phone your HEALTH INSURANCE PROVIDER to determine your out of pocket expense for the Hospital fee.

Theatre fee is based on time required for treatment. However if additional time is required to complete the treatment, additional charges will apply.
